Bruce Heikkinen – Chairman<\/h3>\t\t\t

Bruce founded Impression Homes in 2009. Bruce has been in the industry his entire professional life, serving in executive management positions up to division president, with top home-building companies in DFW. Bruce\u2019s vision and plan to grow successfully has been impressive, and he continues to focus on future developments and sustainability.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div>

Tony Cardone – Vice President of Purchasing<\/h3>\t\t\t

With over 13 years of experience in the industry, Tony has held leadership roles with leading national and local home builders. His vast experience in acquisition and procurement of material and labor has afforded him exposure to the many different processes within home building. In his leadership role with Impression, Tony\u2019s focus is to build quality and affordable homes for our customers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Steve Garza – President<\/h3>\t\t\t

Steve officially joined our onsite team at Impression Homes in 2021, but he has been involved with the company since its inception. He has over 33 years experience in the financial and accounting arena and has been in a Management role for over 25 years. He has experience in multiple industries, including Sales and Service companies as well as over 20 years in homebuilding and real estate at a Senior Management level. Steve will be responsible for all financial, risk management and internal controls of the company as it continues to grow.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div>

Andrew Estilow – Vice President of Construction<\/h3>\t\t\t

Andrew brings extensive expertise to the Dallas\u2013Fort Worth homebuilding industry, with a proven track record in leadership roles across the DFW market. He has successfully led teams, optimized operations, and developed training programs that enhance construction quality and efficiency. As Vice President of Construction at Impression Homes, Andrew oversees all field operations, ensuring each home meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. His leadership is rooted in a passion for fostering strong teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional, lasting value to homeowners.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Matt Helm – Chief Financial Officer<\/h3>\t\t\t

Matt joined the Impression Homes team in July of 2024, bringing over 3 decades of finance and accounting experience. He has held multiple Chief Financial Officer roles in the hospitality and services industries. As the head of our finance segment, Matt is instrumental in overseeing our strategic plans for growth and expansion. He holds a Bachelor of Business degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. Matt is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div>

Peter Lai – Vice President of Real Estate<\/h3>\t\t\t

Peter joined the Impression Homes team in the summer of 2023. He has over two decades of broad experience in the areas of real estate acquisition, development, engineering, and construction management. Having served key leadership roles at several well-established organizations, he is recognized for his ability to communicate effectively among various stakeholders and lead the efforts to achieve the common goals. Peter is a licensed civil engineer in Texas and leads Impression\u2019s land acquisition and development activities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Holly Arestides – Vice President of Operations<\/h3>\t\t\t

As Vice President of Operations, she manages a broad range of construction, administrative, marketing and purchasing projects.
