{"id":651,"date":"2018-04-12T22:33:09","date_gmt":"2018-04-12T22:33:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.impressionhomes.net\/?page_id=651"},"modified":"2025-11-11T15:30:32","modified_gmt":"2025-11-11T20:30:32","slug":"warranty-request","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.impressionhomes.net\/warranty-request\/","title":{"rendered":"Warranty Request"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><b>11\/1\/2025\u00a0 &#8211; UPDATE TO OUR CUSTOMERS:<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Our Customer Warranty Portal has upgraded to require MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication). \u00a0Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a security measure that requires two or more methods of verification during the login process\u2014typically your password and a one-time code generated by an authentication app.<\/p>\n<h3><b><u>Why is MFA being implemented?<\/u><\/b><\/h3>\n<p>MFA is being introduced to comply with New York State Law 23 NYCRR Part 500, which establishes industry-wide cybersecurity requirements. This regulation applies to all organizations operating in New York and supports broader efforts to strengthen digital security in the insurance and financial services sectors. Who will be affected? All users, including portal users, will be prompted to set up MFA when logging in. MFA setup will be optional until it becomes mandatory on November 1, 2025.<\/p>\n<h3><b><u>How do I set up MFA?<\/u><\/b><\/h3>\n<p>You\u2019ll be guided through the setup process after entering your username and password. Beginning this process from a computer is recommended.<\/p>\n<p>Follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>Download Google Authenticator on your mobile device.<br \/>\n<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.google.android.apps.authenticator2&amp;hl=en_US&amp;pli=1\"><strong>Google Play Store<\/strong><\/a><em> \u00a0| \u00a0<\/em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/us\/app\/google-authenticator\/id388497605\">Apple App Store<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><em>Scan the QR code displayed on the login screen. <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Enter the six-digit code from the Google Authenticator app. <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Provide a recovery email and security question.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>These help you regain access if you lose your mobile device.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><u>What authentication methods are supported?<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>At this time, only Google Authenticator is supported.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Submitting a Warranty Request:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h5><strong><em>Please Note: Punch List Manager is not Internet Explorer compatible. Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge are required to access the homeowner warranty portal.<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to your account here \u2013\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/impressionhomes.punchlistmanager.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>https:\/\/impressionhomes.punchlistmanager.net\/<\/u><\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Username<\/strong>\u00a0is the email address you supplied to Impression Homes at the time of contract.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Password<\/strong>\u00a0was emailed to you at the time of closing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>If needed, you can reset your password as follows:<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>Click on the \u201cForgot your password?\u201d link under the \u201cSign In\u201d button.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Enter your Username, then click \u201cEmail Reset Link\u201d.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Watch your email for the reset password link and follow the instructions.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Once reset, use this new Password in combination with your Username to log into your homeowner portal.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>After logging in, you will be taken to the homeowner portal Dashboard where you can submit new warranty requests, update your contact information and view\/print previous request submitted through the portal.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>4. Click the <strong>\u2018Add New Request<\/strong>\u2018 with the plus sign icon located toward the bottom of the screen.<\/p>\n<p>5. Click the blue \u2018<strong>Add New Record\u2019<\/strong> plus sign icon.<\/p>\n<h4>This step will open several drop-down menus in which you can pinpoint the area of your home and category in which your issue lies. After selecting your drop-down options, there is a text box in which you can add a brief description of your issue. Once you have added the description, you have the option of adding a photo to your request. This button is located directly beneath the \u2018Description\u2019 box.<\/h4>\n<p>6. Enter all of the necessary information.<\/p>\n<p>7. Click the Disk Icon to create a record of this warranty request.<\/p>\n<p>8.
