CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

At Impression Homes, our experienced builders are here to guarantee your new home is built with the utmost attention to detail and that your investment lasts a lifetime. Depending on your type of home and stage of construction at the time of purchase, you will be scheduled to meet with your builder at various intervals throughout the construction process. To ensure quality and customer satisfaction, you will then receive a Home Owner Orientation prior to closing. At this meeting, your builder will demonstrate the home’s mechanicals and offer home-maintenance advice. You will also tour the home together to address any of your questions or concerns and to identify any items that may need attention. A follow-up meeting will then be scheduled to review any touch-up items noted during your orientation.

CLOSING

Your Impression Sales Consultant will be with you, from start to finish. They will notify you when your home closing is scheduled and answer any questions you might have.
